At Project: WILD C.I.C., we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to connect with nature and have a great time doing so! Our inclusive approach to workshops means we can tailor almost any of our activities to groups with specialist needs. We have delivered activities to SEND groups across Yorkshire from SELFA in Skipton and the Council Funded Personalised Learning Colleges (PLC), to private charities and groups like Snappy in York, Bee Able CIC and Open Arms in Selby. We have:

    • Experienced staff who are trained to work with diverse groups.
    • Activities tailored to individual needs and preferences.
    • A focus on providing adaptable, flexible and enjoyable sessions that improve well-being.

Case Study: Working with BeeAble CIC

Project WILD C.I.C. has enjoyed a long-standing partnership with BeeAble CIC, an organisation filling a vital gap in support available for young people and adults living with a disability and their families. We have delivered a wide range of tailored indoor and outdoor activities to them over several years. From exciting accessible bushcraft and archery sessions to engaging animal handling experiences to memorable trips to York, we adapt each activity to suit the specific needs and abilities of every participant, ensuring full inclusivity and a positive experience for all. (take photos from the BeeAble CIC facebook page as they have photos from our wildlife workshops and archery and bushcraft and all sorts! – probably easiest to find through the project wild page on the posts they have tagged us in).
